Edit Tuesday: Have contacted Larry and he has contacted the host over the weekend. It's an issue with the host and them shutting down the PHP. It's being worked through but no estimate yet on how long it will take.

The Host and admins have been notified.

Edit: Staff has been informed and the database is being worked on and the PHP version is being upgraded.

Okay, turns out the site was causing an abnormal load on the server, and my hosting company disabled the database. It's been re-enabled and we should be able to update the PHPBB installation now.

I didn't get the notification they supposedly sent me about it.
